Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property and identifying any underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible dog fences, septic systems, landscape lighting, or other hidden obstacles before work begins.

ClearLine Lawn & Landscape is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground items, hidden defects, or pre-existing property damage.

By accepting an estimate or scheduling service, you authorize ClearLine Lawn & Landscape to perform the requested work.
